No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
Do not post or send anything that is harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, sexual, violent, or that encourages self-harm. Do not share private information about anyone, including players, without permission. Do not send spam, scams or advertising.
Remember that conversations include coaches, league staff and other families, and that content about children needs extra care.
Messages containing prohibited language are refused automatically. League staff may remove any content and suspend or close any account that breaks these guidelines, without notice.
Reporting and blocking
Press and hold any message and choose Report message, or open a person from a conversation's details and choose Report. League staff are notified and review reports promptly, removing objectionable content and the accounts of people who post it.
You can also block a person: they can no longer start conversations with you and their messages are collapsed. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what is sent from it. Accounts are personal; do not share them.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give the league permission to store it and show it to the members of the conversation or team you shared it with, for as long as it remains in the service.
Registration and payments
Registration, fees, refunds and eligibility follow the league's published policies for each season. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The service
We work to keep the website and app available and accurate, but they are provided as they are, and schedules can change. Always check with your coach for last-minute changes. We may update these terms; if a change affects the community guidelines, the app will ask you to agree again.
